→ Go to a place peaceful & calm.
→ Go for a walk, wander around & experience nature.
→ If there is a chance, go for camps/retreats or any occasion. Give yourself a chance to meet new people and free your mind from all the worries & reality in general for a little while.
→ Engage yourself with co-curricular activities depending on your interests be it sports, music & arts.
→ 20 minutes power nap helps big time. Just remeber to have self-control & do not exceed more than 20 minutes because you will not feel any better.
